Refund Policy
100% Refund will be issued if the order cancelled not later than 48 hours prior the delivery time, specified in the order. Cancellation of the order, made less than 48 hours ahead of the time, specified in the invoice, will be subject to charge up to 100% of the order.

If the order delivered late, somewhere from 15 to 30 minutes from what was specified on the invoice, customer may ask for delivery fees full refund.
If the order delivered late, somewhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour from what was specified on the invoice, customer may ask for delivery fees full refund and for 50% refund of the amount paid for the order.
If the order delivered late for more than 1 hour from what was specified on the invoice, customer may ask for delivery fees full refund and for 100% refund of the amount paid for the order. Refunds must be claimed not later than 24 hours after delivery time specified on the invoice. Prove of late delivery should be provided in order to receive the refund.
Delivery Policy
Catering order should be delivered to the customer by caterer if there is nothing else specified in the order. Delivery fees: $4 per mile, calculated from 1950 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA, 02140 to the delivery address. Minimum delivery fee is $40. Delivery fees will be incorporated into the invoice.
Business Address and Pickup Location
Arsenal Catering Group’s kitchen located at 1950 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge, MA, 02140. All pick-ups must be conducted from that address by appointment only. Entrance from the driveway, on the left side of the building.
