Our Story:

Our first entity- Flame Café opened its doors in Boston’s Financial District in 2013. A tiny take-out place, mostly serving Gyros (Shawarma) and Kebabs. Customers loved our food, and some of them been requesting large orders, delivered to their offices. In 2014 we created our first Catering Menu. In 2019 Flame Café & Catering received the “Best Mediterranean Caterer in the Greater Boston Area” award from ezCater and became a solid base for Arsenal Catering Group.
Today, we have evolved into the trusted cornerstone of Arsenal Catering Group, dedicated exclusively to catering. All we do- is Catering, and we do it best, with you in mind!

Purpose:

Currently we have four brands to choose from:

  • “Flame Café”- Mediterranean Catering with Greek and Armenian twist
  • “Kalamata”- Authentic Greek Catering
  • “In-Between”- Fresh Sandwich & Salad Catering
  • “Wrap It Up”- Lavash Wrap Catering (Armenian Style Sandwiches, inspired by the World’s Best Cuisines)

Our Menus are designed for Corporate and Office Lunches, but we do Social Gatherings & Residential Events too. Organizers of auditorium “Lunch & Learn” events for offices, hospitals, universities and schools, love having our food for their presentations. Our food is mostly Gluten-Free, with plenty of Vegan & Vegetarian options. We provide labels for all menu items with detailed dietary information. We are continuously expanding our offerings, and right now working on adding a few more Brands.

Delivery & Service:

To ensure both, the safety and quality of the food, delivered straight from our kitchen to your table, we use professional catering equipment (Cambro thermo- boxes) for food transportation. Our drivers do not merely drop off the food; they provide a professional setup, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your catering order is not only delivered but is impeccably presented. We provide labels with nutritional and allergy information for each menu item, and place them in front of each tray. Serving utensils, plates, and disposables are included with every order, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
